Training new recruits is a costly and timely process, it normally takes 4 to 6 months for a new recruit to be fully effective in their new role.
The person nominated to train them during this period is less effective due to the focus on the new recruit. And the new recruit will only be as good as his trainer and sometimes the trainer is also new to the industry and in the process of learning themselves.
In addition, during this period errors made are often very costly ie short shipments, incorrect invoices etc. These can cost you a customer at worst.

Branded Induction Courses
We design a professional induction program with a choice of one of our Foundation Courses.
Our Foundation Courses are specifically designed for new entrants into the Industry.
We package your course choice and induction program and input your brand and logo on the pages to customise them so your staff feels the impact of your band and logo while training. View a sample of our branded induction course below.
An additional option is a choice of one or more of our Pilot certificate courses.
What do you get?
We will conduct a training needs assessment and consolidate your company branding into the induction course.
This will include a designated key account owner to liaise with a key nominated person in your organization to formulate your branding message.
With this feedback we will customise a professional induction program that:
1. Shares your company ethos, branding and information (see image below) and a
2. Choice of one of our Foundation Courses which has your branding on it, ie Maritime Shipping Foundation Certificate and Freight Forwarding Foundation Certificate.
The course requires the student to download the course material, study the course material and complete an online exam on the course material. When they pass the exam we issue them with an e-Certificate. You may request a exam to be added for your company ethos and information.
What will it cost you?
We require a minimum commitment of 20 students per annum. Discounts offered if more students are committed.
50% deposit for the 20 students, example if foundation course costs USD60 the deposit will be USD600 plus a USD300 branding and inductions setup fee.
We will need you to prepare and provide your company ethos for us to incorporate into the training program.

How will it be rolled out?
When you recruit a new employee you will need to provide them with access to a computer with internet access and time to study.If you wish you may request that they complete this in their own time ie lunch breaks or after work hours.
We however recommend that you allow them 2 to 3 working days prior to installing them in their new roll to complete your induction program.
We would need you to provide us with the information of your employees and we will be provide them with a username and password which will allow them access to download the course material from our e-Campus into a print format which they may file for study purposes.
When they have completed the learning phase they are required to attempt an online exam on the course material. We can design a exam for your induction course if you wish.
You may set the pass rate percentage ie minimum pass of 65%, if they do not achieve 65% they would need to rewrite the exam again.
On passing the course they will receive an e-Certificate.
You may also use this program to retrain or refresh your company ethos and knowledge base.
